Im pleased with the app. Captures the atmosphere and provides useful information for a fair price. I would like to see another app based on Coles notepad. If it worked with the game like the Windows phone apps...that would be swell.

Its not the game people, and for those that thought that and complain after buying.! READ THE DESCRIPTION NEXT TIME MORONS! Of course its not the game! Buy a real console to play it, what do you expect for 2 buck?! Wow The app is great, it helps with getting achievements and trophies unlocked, a nice personal interactive treasure map n hidden objects map. With some cool perks thrown in.

I give this a two star because when I got the app it says official la noire app, I can tell rockstar games is trying to screw you over by not saying official la noire MAP not app, however once you get the game it can be very useful, kinda pissed me off

Broken- - missing features (press the golden reel icon and - nothing happens) - press the landmark icon- only 29 listed, missing Biscuit Company - some features work, but just partially - if app worked, I fell that I still wasted 1.99$

It tells you in great detail where all the gold film, special locations, and hidden cars are. I just wish there was an easier way to find the other 83 cars in the game. :(

Look Brady games is a company that puts out strategy guides. If you are concerned about your $1.99 look up a company before you buy their app! This is a very effective tool for anyone playing LA Noire. I had no problems with bugs or glitches. I bought the strategy guide and this app and have received 100% completion! Highly recommended for searching out all those golden film reel, land marks and cars!

This app is only a map of the city. Not very helpful, and not worth it even if they drop it to $0.99 I wish the whole strategy book was available here. You guys are very good at that stuff.

And for $2 did u guys really think u were going to b getting the real thing?! Wow!-That is pretty stupid! HaHaHa Dude!-$2 doesnt even buy a happy meal anymore-Grow up!

The app is incredibly helpful for anyone going for 100% in LA Noire. I wish it had info about all of the regular cars (checklist/locations) but I loved the images and map locations of the film reels, landmarks and badges. Was definitely worth it for me!

App was great. Helped me 100% trophy completion. People who thought this was the game really need to learn how to read.

This was a waste of money, especially if you have the walk thru guide sold at stores.

Rather than keep the book open on my lap or on a side table, this was a handy guide. Worth the low price.

2 bucks for a little map? To find stuff no one cares about? Disappointment.

I am totally OCD when it comes to finding all the hidden packages in games so when I found this app I was stoked. It lets you not only see where all the hidden items are, but also lets you check off each one so you know what you have left. The only thing I really, really wish it had (hence 4 stars) is a checklist for the cars - not just the hidden ones, but all of them, like you see in the guide. Either way, if youre a completionist, this is worth picking up. UPDATE: If you reboot your iPad, you can no longer show/hide the items youve picked up - they are always visible. Reducing my rating to three stars until thats fixed.

I think this app should provide a simple walkthrough so that the players could really enjoy the game and the app itself.

The app I thought you actually play la noire but no it helps you with some crap from the game

Crashes immediately on opening. Worst app purchase Ive ever made.
